Stewart Facility Clear Creek Mitigation Project

Following unauthorized grading in the riparian corridor of Clear Creek on the Stewart Facility in Carson City, NV, WBS, as a subconsultant to Lumos and Associates provided baseline botanical surveys to assess both disturbed and reference areas. From this survey we developed restoration plans which included performance criteria based on the reference sites. These criteria were included in restoration plans and specifications which were implemented in the fall of 2018. In 2019 and again in 2020 WBS completed post-construction monitoring surveys to verify that warranty work and performance criteria were met.
